Under Population Region

The term under population refers the less population, weak manpower and weak technology for extreme use of natural resources and services where available natural resources is strong than human manpower. There are more possibilities to increase the life standard and prosperity of community by using adequate available natural resources. But there is no acceptable manpower as natural resources.
